I had or have one, but I cut something on it, or one of the adapters, no idea what I did. Not enough amps on that old one anyways. Need a replacement for my AC adapter that came with one of my battery chargers, it’s the newer one, but you can see the wire. I seem to think it’s going to break or something.

And a universal AC adapter can be used with other stuff too.

The charger is a PS Power DC5000. It would be perfect if the AC adapter wasn’t crappy quality. But it’s probably my fault, for wrapping it up, but the other charger’s cable is wrapped up, and no problems. I like the PS Power one, because you don’t need adapters for C batteries, only fits two though. Also, it can revive a completely dead battery, just leave it on the charger, and it eventually starts charging.

My other charger is a Opus BT-C2000, it came with C adapters, and you can buy them separately.

But because I like chargers, I might eventually buy a Tenergy TN456. Got to have another backup. Perhaps someday, I’ll need to charge a lot of batteries all at once.

One review is most likely false, it clearly says each battery is independent on the Tenergy.

If only they made a good charger that can charge four C batteries at once. If you try in the PS Power, they won’t exactly fit, and the other ones in it, will move.

But perhaps a Tenergy charger would be good for the Tenergy batteries. I probably need to do a test or refresh on all the Tenergy C batteries.

But if those batteries completely crap out, I’ll just get more Amazon C batteries, the Amazon rechargeable C batteries seem fine. I have some AA Amazon batteries, I think two left, but they have issues. I think Amazon rechargeable batteries are a hit or miss.

Some used to be made in Japan, I think basically eneloop batteries, but cheaper.

Amazon high capacity AA batteries might be fine too. Based on reviews, I won’t buy their AAA batteries. They might die too soon, like the Tenergy AAA batteries I have.

Yes, I could just buy all eneloop batteries, but I don’t know if I’ll live long enough to charge them 2,000 times. Also, they can cost more.

I think most of the Tenergy batteries are fine, just the AAA low self discharge ones, don’t keep a charge long enough. Perhaps I should look to see if they have a better model. Would be fine, if I used them more often. But I don’t have a lot of stuff that uses AAA batteries, I have some stuff that won’t work at all with rechargeable AAA batteries. So I have to save AAA batteries that come with stuff. Cause I’m too cheap and lazy to buy regular batteries.

Hmm, do non low self discharge AAA batteries have a higher voltage? If so, those might work in my medical devices, a blood oxygen thingy, and a temperature checker thingy. That may or may not work right.

Are all China batteries bad? No, a lot come from there. Just don’t buy some Amazon batteries. They seem to use a shitty supplier for some of their rechargeable batteries.

You can get bad batteries from anybody. But according to the product page on Amazon, those AAA batteries should last at least a year being stored. When did I last charge them? Probably less then a year ago. But I have no memory, so who knows. If I charge them every three months, they might have life left when I need em.

Now what’s a good brand I don’t have any batteries from?

Haha, that person doesn’t have confidence in Tenergy products, I do. So much, I bought a power station from them. Need another one though, for a backup, and more power. But different brand, I don’t put all my luck in one brand.

And yes, the capacity seemed high after charging some of them, possibly 900mAh or more. I think one was under 900mAh, around 800mAh. Probably more then 800mAh, maybe 850mAh, so still more then advertised capacity. Perhaps that’s why they can’t hold their charge for long. Or the batteries I have just suck at holding their charge, or it’s been 13 months since I charged them. Go to a site that sells batteries, for more brands. Why is PowerEx cheaper then X2Power? Never heard of X2Power. Do they have a budget brand at BatteriesPlus? The X2Power aren’t low self discharge. Slightly higher capacity. PowerEx is probably the best ones to get at BatteriesPlus, now to see if Amazon has them. BatteriesPlus barely has any rechargeable AAA batteries. Yup, way cheaper on Amazon. I’ll buy em, eventually. I collect batteries. Someday, the power grid, might go down. Says you need their charger. Bummer if that’s true. Well, need to read bad reviews, and see if they are using a cheap shitty charger.

Well, the charger I got my mom, might be considered cheap and shitty. It’s just a basic charger, you can’t set the charging rate or anything. She wouldn’t know or want to do that. Same brand as the batteries, IKEA, basically eneloop batteries I think. Yes, I could buy some of those, and maybe I will.

One of their chargers isn’t too much. But the batteries might not fit in some stuff. Now to see how much IKEA is, I think it was under $10 before, the price may have went up.

Then to go to bed. This post will go online tomorrow. Or I mean later today.
