Found out when I changed the trash bag. The trash bags under the sink are wet, and the water ruined the box they were in.

If you turn the water on, after a while, you can see water dripping, possibly a small hole in the actual pipe or whatever it is. Not leaking where it connects to something.

Now, I’ll have to tell the office about that. Wonder if it was leaking when the inspection was, funny if it was, they didn’t spot it. If I ever get the honor of moving, they’ll be replacing the cabinet under the sink. Looks like the water damaged it.
