It's dark enough at 6 AM for the motion light in my room to turn on

I woke up, and moved, enough to turn both the kitchen and bedroom motion lights on. I was rolling over. Rolling over with a lot of movement, I was kicking my leg out or something.

Well, that means when only the kitchen light turns on, either the fly is turning it on, or I’m somehow only moving enough for the kitchen light, or there’s a spirit here.

I only like the spirit theory, so I’ll believe that.
