They can track Bitcoin. How? You have to obtain Bitcoin, so maybe not the seller, but if you buy some Coins, and then send it to somebody, they can find who bought the coins. Unless, you can buy coins with cash. Do they go after the buyer? Some of the buyers are for making their own product to sell.
