How to skip commercials in NextPVR recordings in Kodi

Accessing the recordings from the NextPVR plugin won't work, UPnP won't work either. You have to share the folder in Windows, right click the folder, and click properties, then click share. You may need read and write access for everybody. You also need to go to advanced sharing settings, search for it, and click all networks, and disable the password protected sharing.
Then to access the share, enter the IP manually, after clicking add videos.
