Now I need tylenol to shit too. Some people after asshole surgery, need narcotics though. Those apparently can make people constipated, and it probably would constipate me.

Don’t want to get addicted to pain killers either.

Something said not to do any rigorous wiping. But that’s the only way I know how to wipe.
